Our Ingredients

At Yvonne’s Vegan Kitchen, we are committed to creating delicious vegan treats without the use of any animal byproducts. Our facility is entirely vegan, and we do not use eggs or any dairy products. We are also a dedicated gluten-free facility. Please check our ingredient lists on each product page to see which sweets and treats are right for you.

Gluten-Free Facility Disclosure:

At Yvonne’s Vegan Kitchen, we are committed to providing gluten-free products. We carefully source certified gluten-free ingredients, including gluten-free oats. However, despite our stringent efforts to prevent cross-contamination, there may be trace amounts of gluten present due to factors beyond our control, such as supplier practices and variations in testing. 

Not all of our employees are gluten-free, but we have strict protocols in place to minimize cross-contamination risks. These include mandatory handwashing after breaks and thorough cleaning procedures.

While we strive to ensure the highest standards of gluten-free integrity, we recommend that individuals with severe gluten sensitivities or celiac disease exercise caution.

Nut Disclosure:

We use specific nuts in some of our products:

  • Cashews: Present in our vegan cheeses, cheesecakes, and some pies with a creamy texture.
  • Almonds: Found only in our superfood crackers.
  • Walnuts: Included in our cranberry walnut cookies, chipmunk cookies, carrot cupcakes, and carrot cake. We also offer walnut-free carrot cake options. Walnuts are not in the cake batter but are applied to the vegan cream cheese frosting.

Although we handle products with nuts at the end of the production schedule for the day and diligently wash and sterilize all baking equipment between production runs to prevent cross-contamination, please be aware that all our products are made in a facility that processes tree nuts.

Soy Disclosure:

Soy is only present in our

1) vegan chocolate chips and items containing chocolate chips or melted dark chocolate coating, like our chocolate-covered donuts, thin mints, chocolate-dipped macaroons. 

2) marshmallows, like rice krispy treats.

Sweetener Disclosure:

We sweeten some of our gluten-free, vegan baked goods with coconut sugar, known for its low glycemic and low fructose properties. While it can be a healthier alternative for some individuals with diabetes, it may not be suitable for everyone. We recommend consulting with your physician if you have specific dietary concerns.

Other sweeteners we use include organic cane sugar, maple syrup, dates, molasses, powdered cane sugar, erythritol, and monk fruit. Please review the ingredient lists on each product page for specific details.

Milk Disclosure:

As a dedicated vegan company, we do not use any milk or dairy products in our facility. All of our offerings are 100% dairy-free.

Menu Information:

The Yvonne’s Vegan Kitchen menu is constantly expanding to provide safe options. While we endeavor to accommodate various dietary needs, we may not be able to address every allergy concern.
