We are based in Los Angeles; our custom cakes are available for local delivery
(Los Angeles/Orange County) or for pick up from our Pasadena kitchen.
We do not ship custom cakes.

We take 24-48 hours to respond to custom cake inquiries; you can always order directly from our online store to save time if you like the designs.
We need at least one month's notice for custom cake orders.

All custom orders require a minimum of one month's notice.
Orders with less than 1 month's notice will incur a minimum rush fee of $30, based on order size. Orders with less than 1 week's notice will have a minimum rush fee of $50, also based on order size.
Rush orders are ready within one week if our schedule is able to accommodate.
In addition to the timing, rush fees may be more based on the cake/cookie/cupcake design and order size.
Please note that seasonal & flash discount codes do not apply to custom cake orders.
