We do not have a store front. However, we have a professional commercial kitchen located in beautiful Pasadena, California. Please note: if you choose to pick up your order, please wait for our team to email you the date & time for your pick.

How far in advance should I order a cake?
Please allow a minimum of 1 week for cake orders and 2 weeks for specialty cakes.
What types of sweeteners do you use?
We prefer to use dates, coconut sugar, coconut nectar, and maple syrup.

Do you offer cooking classes?
We currently offer the following cooking classes:
*Private $150 per hour (3 hour minimum), plus cost of ingredients
*Group $120 per hour (3 hour minimum), plus cost of ingredients

Why do you use single-use plastic for your products?
We use biodegradable PLA plastic derived from plants.
What is your refund/order cancellation policy? We understand during these unprecedented times that cancellations can happen.
If you have ordered a standard item(s) on our website, we can offer a 50% refund on the order if we receive at minimum 1 week prior notification of the cancellation. This applies to our cookies, donuts, cheeses, STANDARD cakes, pies, etc.
If you have ordered a custom item(s) from Yvonne's Vegan Kitchen, we can offer a 50% refund for the order if we receive 1 week prior notification. This applies to custom cakes, donuts, cookies, etc. If we receive cancellation notice less than 1 week before the delivery/pick up date, we are unable to offer any refund for the order.
Rush fees will not be refunded.
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we are unable to accept any items back after it has already left our production kitchen. All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our production kitchen.
If an order marked for shipping has already left our production kitchen, we will not be able to cancel the order or offer any type of refund once tracking information has been sent to the customer.
Any orders marked for “pick up” that are not picked up from our production kitchen after the set time/date will NOT be refunded. Orders that require delivery and cannot be delivered due to customer's wrong information or availability will be taken back to Yvonne's Vegan Kitchen and stored until further notice from the customer.
If you need to postpone your order for another date, we are happy to move your order to a different date with at least 1 week's notice for our standard items and 2 week’s notice for any custom items.
Thank you for your understanding of our refund and cancellation policies. Any requests outside of the time frames in our policies will not be accommodated. All cancellation/refund requests will be taken on a case by case basis and our policies are subject to change depending on the situation.
