Our pick-up window is Monday-Friday from 8am-12pm & Saturday from 9am-1pm at 1190 N. Fair Oaks Ave. #101 Pasadena, CA.

We will email you to confirm the date and time. We are not a storefront, so please do not arrive to pick-up your order before we confirm via email.
Please note: we do not recommend adding berries on top of a cake that is being shipped. If you are able to, we recommend that you pick up any cakes with berries on top; we cannot guarantee that the berries will stay in tact during shipping.

A must-have for your next gathering. Each cake is unique. Flowers will vary based on season and availability. If shipped, the flowers will be pressed flat on top. 

More Details

A week's notice is needed for ordering this cake. Please order at least a week before you'd like to receive or pick-up your cake.

Major changes to your order cannot be made within three days of the scheduled delivery/pick-up date.

If you are ordering for a time-sensitive event, our bakery strongly recommends scheduling your cake to arrive for delivery at least 1-2 days before you will be serving the item.

Rush orders are ready within one week if our schedule is able to accommodate them.

Rush orders are a $30 fee; email info@yvonnesvegankitchen.com to inquire and include your desired cake design, size, flavor, desired delivery/pick-up date, & any dietary allergies. For all rush cake orders: once a rush cake has been paid for, no changes to the cake design can be made; these rush orders are final and no refunds on cancellations will be made.

If your order includes an item that requires a week's notice (our cakes, cupcakes, gift baskets, & cheese platters) along with an item that does not require this notice (cheese, cookies, crackers, & donuts) we will require the one-week minimum notice for the entire order, and ship everything together. To receive your other items sooner, please place a separate order.

Shipping, Pick-up & Local Delivery Details

  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
  • For all items, you always need to proceed to checkout and input your shipping address to be able to choose pick-up, shipping, or local delivery - the options available to you are determined by your location.
  • Free pick up is available Monday-Friday from 8am-12pm and Saturday from 9am-1pm at 1190 N. Fair Oaks Ave. #101 Pasadena, CA 91103
  • If you select free pick-up, we will be in touch via email with the date and time that your items are ready
  • Weekend deliveries are available if the requested delivery date is 7 days (or more) after your order date - please specify your desired delivery date in notes at checkout
  • Saturday deliveries (via shipping) are always at least $20 more, depending on the size of your shipment - please complete your order and email info@yvonnesvegankitchen.com to request a Saturday delivery and we will confirm and invoice you separately for the extra charge

    Use and Care

    Upon receipt, please refrigerate or place in the freezer.

    Cakes, pies, donuts, thin mints, and cheese will stay fresh in the refrigerator for 5-7 days, or can be stored up to 1 month in the freezer covered.
